Heizomat wood chip boilers are designed for automated heat production using wood chips, pellets and other suitable biomass fuels.
RHK-AK moving-grate boilers and HSK-RA fixed-grate boilers automatically adjust their operation according to heat demand. Heizomat boilers cover an output range of 30–990 kW, providing solutions for applications ranging from individual properties to industrial heating plants.

Heizomat wood chip boilers 30–990 kW
The appropriate boiler output is determined based on the site’s heat demand, peak output requirement, energy consumption and consumption profile.
The product range includes options for heating applications of different sizes, from individual properties to larger production and industrial sites.
When required, multiple boilers can be designed to operate within the same heating system, providing flexibility in sizing and allowing the system to be expanded later.
RHK-AK moving-grate boiler 30–990 kW
The Heizomat RHK-AK is an automatic moving-grate boiler designed for wood chips and various biomass fuels. It is also designed to handle fuels with a high ash content.
The moving chain on the RHK-AK’s smooth grate surface transports the fuel in a controlled manner through the combustion process and automatically carries the resulting ash out of the boiler.
Even if the ash partially melts and forms larger clumps, they are transported out of the boiler by the moving grate.
In addition to wood chips, the boiler can use fuels with a high bark content as well as various agricultural biomass fuels. The RHK-AK is therefore particularly suitable for applications where fuel characteristics may vary.
When is the RHK-AK moving grate the right choice?
The RHK-AK is particularly suitable for sites where fuel characteristics vary or where the fuel has a high ash content.
The moving grate enables controlled movement of both fuel and ash through the combustion process.

HSK-RA fixed-grate boiler 30–450 kW
The Heizomat HSK-RA is an automated fixed-grate boiler in the 30–450 kW output range. It is well suited for wood chips and other wood-based fuels.
Its cast-iron fixed grate provides a robust and simple structure for wood chip combustion. Fuel is fed into the boiler automatically, while the boiler automation controls combustion, air supply, cleaning and ash removal.
When is the HSK-RA fixed grate the right choice?
The HSK-RA is a good option when the site uses wood chips or pellets suitable for biomass boilers and requires highly automated heat production.
The HSK-RA range covers thermal outputs from 30 to 450 kW.
