Drum chippers for different chipping requirements
Heizohack chippers are based on drum chipper technology.
The range includes both manually fed and mechanically fed chippers. Depending on the model, the power source can be a tractor, diesel engine or electric motor, and the chippers are available for both stationary and mobile applications.
Replaceable screens and adjustable feeding allow the wood chip size to be adapted to the intended use.
The chippers use quick-change cutting blades that can be replaced quickly and sharpened when necessary.
Pallet chippers for processing wooden packaging and wood residues
Heizohack SPE pallet chippers are designed for processing pallets, boards, beams and other suitable wood residues from the wood-processing industry.
Stationary electric-powered solutions are particularly suitable for sites where wood material is regularly processed in the same location.
A magnetic separator can be integrated into the chipper to remove metal contaminants such as nails and screws.
Handling raw wood material with timber grabs
In addition to chippers, Heizomat offers equipment for handling raw wood material.
Heizogreif timber grabs make it easier to handle logs, smaller stems and other raw wood material, for example when feeding a chipper.
Heizotruck – multipurpose vehicle for agriculture and forestry
Heizotruck is a multipurpose vehicle built on the Mercedes-Benz Arocs 2051 4×4 chassis and designed for agricultural and forestry work.
Heizotruck is available in two versions designed for different applications:
- Heizotruck V1 – forestry and chipping configuration
- Heizotruck V2 – agricultural configuration

Integrating a chipper into your own fuel supply chain
A Heizohack wood chipper can be integrated into a fuel supply chain in which raw wood material is processed into wood chips for your own heat production.
